The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a dedicated nook for our “little explorers” with two bunk beds.

The apartment is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Ski equipment (sledges, skis and snowboards) and ski boots must not be worn or brought into the apartment or the residence. A secure, video-monitored ski locker is provided for storing all ski equipment.
Any lingering tobacco or pet odours caused by guests will result in a €300 charge deducted from the security deposit, without further justification. This charge is intended to cover professional odour removal and any potential discount that may need to be offered to subsequent guests as a result.

Val Thorens is a car-free ski resort, and the use of a covered or outdoor parking facility is mandatory.

Your stay begins on Saturday from 4:00 p.m.
We will be there in person to welcome you, carry out the check-in and hand over the keys.
We will also accompany you to the private ski locker and show you where to store your ski equipment.

The apartment is equipped with a key safe, so you are not tied to a specific departure time and can leave the apartment without our presence.
Please place one set of keys in the key safe and leave the other set inside the apartment.
Upon request, we will send you the key safe code by SMS.
For the return of the security deposit, we will send you a photo of the cancelled cheque as proof that it has been destroyed.

A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental period.
A €600 security deposit must be provided no later than upon arrival at the apartment. Provided there is no damage or loss, the security deposit will be returned within 10 days of the end of the rental period, following the check-out inspection carried out on the day of departure.
For our international guests who are unable to provide a security deposit or make payment by cheque, we use Swikly for this service.
